I love how the soft, stretchy, form-fitting material lifts and gently pushes me up and out without using a strap to do it. They are comfortable, even while sitting at a desk all day. The material is cool and light so I don't get overheated. Basically, these are THE best briefs I've ever owned! I've exchanged all of the other brands and styles in my drawer with these.
As for the size, I'm 5'9" and 155 lbs. I typically wear medium, because I'm average size, but they were a little snug. Large is the perfect size for me. I hope this helps.
