Underwear and swimwear are final sale
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear. This is non-negotiable.
You probably don’t want underwear another guy swears he “only tried on.” Neither do we.
Most other items: 30 days
Most jackets, pants, shoes, shirts, and similar non-intimate items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a refund. Check the individual product page for final eligibility.
Return condition
- Unopened and still factory sealed
- Original packaging and bags intact
- Original tags still attached
Fit varies by brand, so check the product description and size chart before ordering.
Wrong or damaged item?
That’s different. If an item arrived damaged, or we sent the wrong item and it has not been worn, contact us within 30 days. The return may be handled with a refund, store credit, or a replacement.
Get authorization before sending it back
Contact CheapUndies and wait for return authorization and instructions before mailing anything. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Include these details so we can find the order and understand the problem:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- A brief description of what went wrong
If it can’t come back
If it is still sealed, gift it or list it for resale where permitted. Otherwise, repurpose the fabric. Just don’t send it back without authorization.
