If we were to pay people to man the phone lines, we'd have to charge you a good 43 cents more on every pair of underwear you buy, and we figured you'd rather put that 43 cents to use elsewhere. Like to buy half a candy bar. Or some paper clips. So email us. It's better for all of us.

We also cut out the whole nonsense of returns and exchanges. It simply doesn't make sense to pay the shipping to send something back when it's this cheap. If you realize you don't like something, turn it into a shirt for your dog. Give it to one of your very intimate friends. Use it to wash the car. Do whatever you want with it, just don't send it back to us.
