Why are your items so cheap?
We are able to sell items so cheap because of our purchase volume and negotiations with brands. We get the items from the brands for extremely cheap and then extend the discount to you. Our margin is extremely minimal so we can offer you below wholesale pricing.
Whats with the timer?
The timer is used to let customers know how much longer the deal will last. Most items sell out before the timer runs out so don't think you can twiddle your thumbs. Act fast or you will miss out on the deal. 95% of deals that we offer will never return back to the site. The timer is a simple reminder that deals do only last 24 hours. When the timer runs out a new deal will appear.

Do I need an account to buy an item?
Yes, if you are a new customer and do not have an account the system will assist you in creating one at checkout. Your account can be used to track your package, view previous orders and set up express checkout (speeds up the checkout process).
What are my shipping options?
You don't have any. We choose how we want to send the items to you. Generally we ship items using UPS or USPS but we have been known to use camels, horses and owls to deliver packages. Deliveries can take 5 - 7 days.
How fast do items ship from your warehouse?
Why are you asking so many questions? All items ship within 24 hours of being placed excluding weekends and holidays.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from Cheap Undies once your order ships, giving you your tracking information. You can also login to your account and track your order.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship to Canada, Australia, Sweden, UK, Ukraine, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, Finland, France, England, Chile, Brazil and the Virgin Islands. We will eventually ship to more countries once our products gain more frequent flyer miles. What if I change my mind?
Now if everyone changed there mind then no decisions would be made. No orders can be cancelled once placed. If you change your mind on your purchase we recommend that you ebay the product or give it as a gift.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Oh and please, do not tell us you've placed and order by accident. The underwear mafia tested this and has confirmed that this is scientifically impossible. Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
No, we charge the shipping fee for each order. It's all part of our master plan so we can offer you the best prices available anywhere.
